Both Citra and Amarillo hops provide lots of citrus notes, ranging from lemon and grape to orange, amarillo also gives the aroma and taste of stone fruits like peach with an underlying pine conciseness. In the dry bumblebee, we also use Calypso to boost fruitiness.
