Echolocation 2022 is our wheat saison that has experienced time and space in 3 vessels. First primary fermentation in a stainless steel fermenter, then a 10 month slumber in a large format French Oak Foeder, and finished in French Oak Barriques for an additional 7 months. Finally blended together and packaged into green glass bottles and kegs on the 16th of August 2022 where it has been conditioning since. 4.9%. Contains Wheat.
