A Bohemian style Pilsner that never warmed up. #PivoColdChain Among the the most misunderstood beer categories in Craft brewing and that due to the bad reputation for lagers spread by big commercial breweries examples. For us the most difficult style to brew at the microbrewery but one of the favorites of our fans. In order to brew it we bring live yeast from Czech republic, we use 100% Pilsen floor malt, Saaz hops and double decoction method of mashing. Fermented cold in open fermentor followed by a cold, long maturation. Appearance: Pale-yellow colour, light haze, rich dense foam. Aroma: Mixed aroma of grains, white bread, noble hops and yeast. Flavour: Bready flavour with pleasant and balanced bitterness.
