Пиво PAMELA - Πίβο Microbrewery

π_ΑΜΕ_LA - Πίβο American Lager has been brewed with Pilsen, rye & wheat malt and fermented with a very unique, hop-forward lager yeast strain from the yeast bank of Technical University of Munich. The American hops have been added during the boil but also during the whirpool. Despite that we didn't dry-hopped this beer, the vivid tropical and citrus character of the hops is dominating the flavour and aroma. The bitter aftertaste is well balanced and rounded. Rye malt adds a touch of spiciness to the palette of this lager.
