Apricadazzle is our Apricot mead with Maple Syrup and Hazelnuts. While our base mead tends to lean into the acid profile a bit, this variation of the product balances that acidity through savory, buttery sweet maple and unctuous, toasted hazelnuts. The end result is an explosion of candied nut, sweet nut butter, and dried stone fruit that still displays a unique brightness to it.
