Мёд Blackjack (Used-Barrels) - Pips Meadery

This version of Blackjack was tailored specifically for the barrel. A bit different than than the base mead we've released in the past, this version is all Black Raspberries and Orange Blossom honey, and beefed up a bit to help offset the additional tannins we anticipated from the 1-year barrelling. Bursting with juicy black raspberries, the body is velvety smooth with subtle notes of chocolate, char and marshmallow...all compliments of the time this one spent in a used barrel from our friends at Side Project Brewing.
