Blueberry mead with cashews. For this batch in particular, we made a few small adjustments to the cashew and honey ratios, along with the type of cashews used and the process/timing of additions. The end result is something that lands in between one of our favorite batches of Blue Suede Shews mixed with Cellar Reserve 001. Rich & unctuous, this one shifts between massive candied nuts from the fair and a savory, toasty nut character.
