Switch is our Blueberry & Cranberry mead aged in Old Forester Bourbon Barrels. Waves of blueberry tannin and cranberry acidity are tempered by the presence that the barrel contributed after a 10 month slumber. This particular bottling contributes caramel, oak, butterscotch, vanilla and a slight nuttiness.
