Пиво Bring the Spring - Pulfer Brewery

'Bring The Spring' is a 4th saison in "Four season's saison" series that represents spring. This time we were playing with apricots and jellies. No kiddin', we put nice amount of Kiki's jelly bears and jelly snakes from famous Croatian candy producer - Kraš. Jellies blended perfectly with funky, bubblegummish, and clove-like aromas from Lallemand brand new strain of saison yeast (name is still classified). Atop, we put apricots in fermentation and of course, after fermentation to get extra fruity flavours. Double fruited, double fun. It's fruity and tasty, sourish and superdrinkable. It was very fun to brew this beer. This is why we brew!
