Пиво Freezy Dizzy - Pulfer Brewery

Freezy Dizzy is a 3rd saison in "Four season's saison" series that represents winter. We try to expand limits that define tradional saison beers, as we push hops to crazy amounts, recreate body and texture and let yeast do it's job at un-ordinary conditions! Aroma is a complex spectar: at first you have funky, bubblegum and raspberries-like with lot of tropical and fruity aromas from hops (Nelson Sauvin and Pacific Jade). Body in enhanced with oats that gave silky texture, and than at the end, you got lots of spicy aromas, grapes and wine-like flavour, black pepper and herbal notes. We could say it's like NEIPA combined with saison - hoppy, silky and funky. This is why we brew!
