This dry, lightly sparkling cider uses apples sourced exclusively from traditional orchards of standard trees. Ramborn Farmhouse is a tribute to the way cider (or ‘viez’) has been made in this part of the world for centuries – it’s a very dry, almost wine-like cider with a distinctive, refreshing sharpness. It features three local apple varieties with high levels of tannins and natural acidity, making them perfect for cider-making: Erbachhofer, Holzapfel, and Wiesenapfel.
