Brut Lee returns! We make this Brut IPA by taking a standard IPA recipe but add enzyme to fully ferment the beer so that there is almost no residual sugar left. We dry hopped this IPA with fresh crop Australian Galaxy, HBC-630 and Chinook for notes of peach, banana and grapefruit peel.
