Пиво Spring IPA 2018 - Rouge River Brewing Company

This year’s spring IPA features a combination of Ekuanot and Mosaic for a nice combination of orange and pine needles with a touch of cedar. We use a Vermont-type yeast to enhance the stonefruit character of this beer, as well as a combination of English and Canadian base malts to get subtle complexity.
