Craft Brew and Brewing (May 2023) - Brewers Retreat 10th Anniversary Saison. This collaboratively brewed saison celebrates the spirit of craft beer camaraderie, and is comprised of five one-barrel brews all fermented together in a five barrel fermenter. The individual brew were done together in small groups led by the inspiring Brewers and owners behind some of the best craft beer brands today: Sierra Nevada, Firestone Walker, Breakside, Side Project, Trillium, Monkish, Lawson’s Finest Liquids, Weldwerks, Hanabi, Russian River, and more. All brewing, fermentation, and packaging took place at the Windsor, California brewery of Russian River Brewing Company. Canned 16 June 2023.
