Пиво Intinction- Merlot (090920) - Russian River Brewing Company

Intinction is a mixed culture fermentation which we barrel age in Merlot barrels with freshly pressed Merlot grapes. This complex beer has delicate notes of tart cranberry and floral nuances along with a slightly tannic finish from the grape skins. Intincion is refermented in the bottle creating a natural carbonation and a small layer of yeast sediment.
