Пиво Autumn Tactics - Sibeeria

New England IPA, 15°, 6.4% ABV. Autumn Tactics byla jedna z prvních NEIPA, co jsme kdy uvařili. Rádi se k ní vracíme, přičemž ji vždy trochu vylepšíme. Tentokrát jsme ji v očekávání studeného podzimu udělali o něco silnější, ale díky vždy spolehlivé kombinaci chmelů Citra, Mosaic a Ekuanot se bude skvěle pít i ve slunečné dny pod pestrobarevným listím. Autumn Tactics was one of the first NEIPAs we brewed and we love coming back to it, always refining it step by step. This year we slightly bumped up the alcohol content as we expect a cold autumn, but with the always reliable combination of Citra, Mosaic and Ekuanot it should drink pretty well even on the sunlit days spend amongst the colorful leaves.
