Kooperační várka s chorvatským The Garden je hutná tmavě červená šestnáctka s celou paletou karamelových sladů, které dodávají lehké kyselosti další rozměr. Přidali jsme také hromady špičkové kostarické cascary Hacienda Sonora od našich kamarádů z Candycane, jejíž aroma rebarbory a višní krásně ladí se sladovým profilem. Doplňuje je ovocný nádech dračího ovoce, které jsme do tanku přidali ke konci kvašení. When the Croatian Garden brewery came to town, we wanted to brew something different and fun – this is not your usual fruited kettle sour. The base beer is our small tribute to the traditional Flanders red, the original fruited sour from before they were cool. It’s a hefty 17-plato beer of deep red colour with a whole palette of caramel malts that give the light sourness another dimension. To make it interesting, we added heaps of top-notch Costa Rican Hacienda Sonora Cascara from our friends at Candycane. Its aroma of rhubarb and sour cherries beautifully aligns with the earthy tartness that is further balanced by the fruitiness of the dragonfruit puree we added to the tank.
