Пиво JZP - Sibeeria

Double New England IPA, 20° Plato, 8.5% ABV. Náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad je místem, kde začala naše cesta za řemeslným pivem. Před lety jsme zde začali seznamovat místní se světem řemeslného piva v pivotéce a baru BeerGeek. Rozhodli jsme se v Sibeeria uvařit speciální pivo jako poctu Vinohradům a JZP, jak se náměstí říká mezi místními. Tato Double NEIPA plná chmelů z celého světa je suchá, hladká a ovocně šťavnatá následovaná značnou hořkostí, která nám v mnoha NEIPA chybí. Jiřího z Poděbrad (JZP) square is where our roots lay. Years ago, we started introducing the local crowd to the world of craft beer through the BeerGeek Bottle Shop and Bar that eventually led to opening the Sibeeria brewery. We thus decided to celebrate this place with a beer worthy of its name. This no-oats double NEIPA is dry and punchy, yet still smooth and fruity. A generous dose of hops from all around the world integrates smoothly with the complex malt bill to create an aroma that basically jumps out of the glass and considerable bitterness that we miss in many of these hazies.
