New England IPA, 15° Plato, 5.5% ABV. Paranal Sunset je mimořádně tropickým úkazem – je to další z našich NEIPA, kde chceme ukázat, co dokáží prastaré chmely rodu Neomexicanus v kombinaci se správnymi exotickými odrůdami. Tady se mimořádně expresivní divoká odrůda Zappa z divočiny amerického státu Nové Mexiko potkává s chmelovou celebritou z Nového Zálandu: Motuekou. Společně tvoří bohaté aroma zralých meruněk a manga s nádechem tabáku, dubového dřeva a zemitou hořkostí. Špetku toastové sladkosti dodává sametový základ ze sladu pale ale s ovsem a pšenicí, aby společně nabídli jedinečný pivní zážitek ze spojení dvou nových světů v tancích pivovaru v zemi dávné pivní tradice. Paranal Sunset is a seriously tropical phenomenon – this is another of our NEIPA showcasing what indigenous Neomexicanus hops can do when paired with the right fruity tones. Here highly expressive indigenous variety Zappa, recovered from the wild in New Mexico, meets a New Zealand celebrity of a hop, Motueka. Together they boom with the aromas of ripe apricots and mango with a touch of tobacco, oak and earthy bitterness. Supported by a velvety base of Pale Ale malt with oats and wheat adding some toasty sweetness, this provides for a unique drinking experience where two parts of the New World meet in the tanks of a brewery from the land of old beer traditions.
