Пиво Bière Blanche (Blend #3) - Side Project Brewing

Biere Blanche is our Side Project take on a Belgian Witbier. We first brew a very classic Witbier, but then age it in oak with our Missouri Side Project cultures. Fresh and young, the aromatics are still classic and soft, but the palate is vibrant with our citrusy/lemony acidity. With age, the oak and a more classic Side Project depth will showcase and round the palate. Released 11/23/2020.
