Symmetry is our Collaboration with our friend Chad Yakobson of Crooked Stave. This collaboration is a union of Imperial Stouts brewed and aged at both breweries, then blended at Side Project before their final treatment with fresh ground Cinnamon and a blend of Madagascar and Mexican Vanilla Beans. This beer rested for 25 to 64 months in a blend of Willett and Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels before being blended, treated, and bottled for you.
