It started life as an easy-drinking Blonde Ale aged in Tawny Port barrels, to which, we added pounds-upon-pounds of Sierra Nevada Estate-grown peaches. The beer then underwent a secondary fermentation in the barrels resulting in a pale and super-dry beer with delicate white wine notes, subtle peach aromas and a light honey-like woodsy character from the barrels themselves. This beer has a mild tartness that will most likely develop in the bottle over time should you choose to age it.
