This black IPA is deceptively easy drinking despite its dark color. It is light-bodied and has a very approachable rounded mouthfeel. The beer’s strong roasty character is balanced by fruity hop notes that give way to a dry, piney finish. It features a touch of midnight wheat and North Carolina rye and is brewed with experimental hop varietal #472.
