Brewed in the rustic Bière de Garde style native to Wallonia (the French-speaking portion of Belgium) this beer has just a hint of smoke flavor (think toasted marshmallows rather than camp-fire) and a unique citrusy hop flavor which complements the spicy flavors of the traditional Belgian-style yeast.
