This Wood infused Imperial Amber Ale - Altbier Doppelbock was brewed with a special selected Altbier yeast strain from Düsseldorf, Germany. The region of Altbier tradition. We took over this style and made a Bock out of it and induced some roasted wooden chips during maturation to level out and equilibrate the flavor.
