To create this beer, we combined the best stout with the best coffee. Boiling for over 24 hours our Imperial Stout has incredibly deep and complex flavours. Towards the end of the fermentation, we added Guatemalan Coffee, freshly roasted by our friends at Silverskin, right into the brew to add a rich and powerful coffee note. Already a stunning stout, we still felt we could take it to the next level and so we left the beer to rest for an additional 9 months in Dingle Distillery Bourbon casks to create a well-rounded, punchy, coffee forward, chocolate noted imperial stout.
