Пиво Sonic Boom Typhoon - Tiny Rebel Brewing Co

We brewed this DIPA exclusively for our National Showcase at UK BrewDog bars. Rather than go for the big resinous notes or the ultra-fruity flavours, we went with a balanced New Zealand hop schedule featuring Waimea and Motueka, for delicate sweet aromas and subtle spice. The end result is a 9% beer that's big and bitter, but with sweetness permeating through and a broad collection of complimentary flavours - slight floral sweetness, some juicy fruit, zesty citrus, a bit of herbal bitterness, mild spice and resinous pine. Exceptionally drinkable despite the ABV!ic Not to be confused with our previous brew named Sonic Boom, which is itself not to be confused with BrewDog's beer called Sonic Boom - a name that they totally nicked from us. They offered to send beer if they could share the name. We still haven't received any beer.
