Double IPA w/ Honey Hokus Pokus is a special double IPA that we brewed in collaboration with Ryan and his family over at Durham Honey in Port Perry. He came to us with the idea of brewing a beer using their beautiful unpasteurized honey and we'd been talking about doing a Honey Double IPA for a while - enter Hokus Pokus. We selected Rakau and Sultana hops to impart pineapple, citrus, mango and apricot flavours that would be smooth and complimentary to the honey. This beer is big and juicy and we're stoked to have gotten the chance to collab with another local business. Thanks to Ryan and everyone at Durham Honey for giving us the extra nudge to finally get a Honey DIPA in the books.
