Lime Lager At the soul of this delightful crusher is a lager base made with German pilsner malt and a little "hey, how are ya?" of flaked corn. We brewed this beer to start with a slightly higher pH, so that the addition of the pure lime puree wouldn't result in a mouth-puckering sour but a slightly tart and mega-flavourful crowd pleaser.
