Пиво Passion Project - Town Brewery

Passion Project is a Passionfruit Gose that we brewed in collaboration with local homebrewers @alemarybrewing. It's a sour wheat beer brewed with coriander and salt, and in this case, a heavy dose of passionfruit. The salt is subtle and the balance with the sour and fruit is sublime.
