The first in what we intend to be a long line of beers exploring ideas and uniting flavors in new and interesting ways. This beer features just two hop varieties - Centennial and Simcoe - which were used to excess both late in the boil and during the cold-hopping process. The inclusion of Flaked Oats rounds out this well-rounded pale yellow ale with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Pale, hoppy bliss. And SUPER FRESH!
