Native One is the introduction to a focused series of wild and mixed fermentation beers from Tree House. Primary fermented with yeasts of Belgian origin, Native One was then aged for 6 months in french oak with a blend of Brettanomyces, lactic acid bacteria, and our native micro-flora. Complex, vibrant and refreshingly tart, Native One is unfiltered and naturally carbonated. All of our Brettanomyces beers are lively and effervescent. We suggest you chill them overnight, open cold and enjoy them warm in the glass.
