Native Three is the third in a focused series of wild and mixed fermentation beers from Tree House. Brewed with 2-row and oats, Native Three then rested for 8 months in stainless with our original blend of Brettanomyces, lactic acid bacteria, and our native microflora. Dry, lemony tart, and beautifully refreshing. Native Three contains the base character and culture from which we will grow and develop our barrel program in the coming years.
