Ramble is a dry-hopped rendition of Trail that was then conditioned for an extended period in American Oak. This treatment softens and rounds the Simcoe character from the dry hop, creating a beautifully textured and elegant lager that is unique and incredibly refreshing. It represents the height of our lager program, now close to a decade in the making. Enjoy!
