Trenčiansky pivovar Lanius

Пиво Český Ležiak 12° - Trenčiansky pivovar Lanius

Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian • 5.1% ABV

A beer famous all around the globe with distinctive aroma and bitterness. Despite lager being well known in this region, we do not try to copy a major brand. We are introducing our own three malt, three times hopped lager with vivid yeast, bringing a very tender yeast flavour. Our goal was to brew a delicatelly a full tasting, yet bitter enough and easy-drinking beer. We believe, we reached our goal! The most famous of lagers was brewed in 1842 in mostly German Pilsen by a Bavarian beermaster Jozef Groll. He was hired by Pilsner townsfolk to solve the problem with the low quality of Pilsner beer, that culminated in 1838, when the furious crowd spilled out 36 kegs of undrinkable beer.
