We are starting a number of brand new barrel-aged beers and Solidøl is opening this parade. Unlike previous releases, we kept this guy in Heaven Hill Burbon barrel. As a result we have a rich, balanced barleywine with hints of caramel, dried fruits, oak and vanilla. Warming, but quite soft.
