Medianoche variant brewed exclusively for the 2018 WeldWerks Invitational Festival, as determined and voted on by attendees. We started with a Medianoche batch aged for 17 months in a 7-year Breckenridge Bourbon barrel. Then we added Ghanan cacao nibs, toasted marshmallows, and custom roasted Medianoche barrel-aged coffee (direct trade Peruvian coffee beans aged in a freshly emptied Medianoche barrel).
