Aged in 10-year rye whiskey barrels for 15 months. These rye whiskey barrels are some of the most complex and interesting we have gotten our hands on, which were used to age whiskey made from 100% un-malted rye for over 10 years, imparting notes of imparting notes of butterscotch, vanilla, black cherries, allspice, and citrus. We loved this particular barrel so much that we thought it would be the perfect way to commemorate four years of hard work, patience, and most importantly, fun.
