Dusseldorf-style Hybrid Ale. While Altbiers employ an ale yeast, they share a lot in common with German Pilsners in malt characteristic. Ours also utilizes Caramunich malts, which translates to notes of caramel, nuttiness, and toasty bread, and noble hops, that give it a slightly spicy/herbal profile as well. While light and crisp in body like a Lager, its layered malt bill and stone fruit esters give it added depth and complexity.
