We wanted to make something special to honor our friend at Mostra to help them celebrate 8 years of roasting the best coffee in America. After speaking with Mike and his love for batch one Starry Noche the writing was in the stars. We present to you Starry Mostra Noche, we took a portion of 2022 Starry Noche and aged it on Ethiopia Midnight Guji roasted by Mostra. Enjoy!
