Last year we worked hand-in-hand with our good friends at Tavour on a limited release Imperial Stout, Chocolate Chip Flapjack Special. We loved it so much that we decided to use the same adjuncts on a blend of our Medianoche base, marrying 20-24 month-old beer aged in 10-year-old Eagle Rare, New Riff Kentucky Straight Bourbon, and 11-year-old Henry McKenna Barrels. This one-of-a-kind barrel blend was then rested on maple syrup, a mixture of cocoa nibs, and Madagascan vanilla beans. This limited-release BA Imperial Stout is only available through our friends at Tavour, so get it while it's hot!
