Brewed with nearly 2,500 lbs of mango purée total, Mango Gose is our most extreme kettle sour to date. We added nearly 2,000 lbs of purée to the kettle at knock-out, which accounted for nearly half of the fermentables in the beer. Generous additions of both sea salt and coriander complement the juicy mango character and acidity from the kettle-souring, and then we back-sweetened with another 500 lbs of purée directly in the brite tank to put the mango front and center. The result is one of the most unique beers we have produced, and the perfect farewell to summer beer. CAUTION: This beer contains unfermented fruit and should be stored cold at all times.
