Belgian-style Quadrupel aged in Brunello di Montalcino barrels for 13 months with brettanomyces and locally-grown Montmorency cherries. Light acidity and funk with notes of leather, sour cherries, overripe apple, brown sugar and caramel. Drinks smooth with some alcohol warmth, soft tannins and a semi-sweet finish.
