Пиво Renegades of Funk - 26 Degree Brewing

We introduce to you Renegades of Funk, our saison collaboration with Crazy Uncle Mikes. We brewed this with copious amounts of Yuzu (think lemon) and thyme to add a spicy, zestiness that blends famously with the funky flavors given by the saison yeast. Interestingly, Saisons are fermented much warmer than other beers; in this case we let it climb all the way to 80° F. Come get you some funk!
