Coming to you from 111 Archer Ave, “Mordecai” The Bomber is our first ever barrel-aged pastry stout. This 10.5% Imperial Stout was aged in Penelope bourbon barrels for 12-months, and then racked onto a whole lot of shredded and toasted coconut. We have done a Hazelnut and a Vanilla barrel-aged stout before, but with balance. This stout however, is not supposed to have balance, rather a straight up coconut “Bomber.”
