Good morning and good month! We are pleased to present our new recipe in collaboration with the Icelandic microbrewery Gæðingur brugghús. Collaboration that took place in Chalandri at our facility in May with the Icelandic brewer and founder of nirni Halldórson Hafstađ. Gæðingur Brugghús is one of the first microbreweries in Iceland and their recipes can be enjoyed at the also owned first craft beer bar in the country, Microbar Reykjavík. The result of our cooperation is a fresh and juicy NEIPA at 5, 5% ABV, full of flavor and aromas from the favorite hops Citra, Galaxy and Mosaic. The name of this "Thule". Ancient Thouli is an island mentioned by the ancient Greek researcher, merchant and explorer Pytheas Massaliotis. In the 4th century BC. about Pytheas traveled from southern Spain to Great Britain. According to his writings, Thule is located in the far north, six days north of Britain. For this reason, the name Thule symbolizes from ancient times the northernmost tip of the world (Latin Ultima Thule). There are now various speculations as to which country Thule was and it is probably one of Iceland, Norway, the Faroe Islands or the Shetland Islands.
