Back when is an IPA brewed with an experimental fruity hop, Solero. The beer was dry hopped with Solero and Azacca mid-fermenration to accentuate the fruitiness of the hops in the beer. Back When is quite the drinkable IPA with overall dryness and slight bitter finish.
