A classic style for colder winter nights, this English Brown Ale uses Marris Otter, 2-row Biscuit, Caramunich and Chocolate malts to give the brew a wonderfully biscuit and nutty taste with a lingering roasted flavor. We use Cascade and Crystal hops for a nice mild bitterness. Aged on cocoa nibs and vanilla to give the brew a slight chocolate after note and the smoothing sweetness of vanilla balances the bitterness of the roasted body.
