Пиво Dora #8 - Badlands Brewing Company

Dora is our exploratory (see what we did there!?) series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process. This particular version sees us use a blend of Amarillo and 2018 crop year Citra while adding a touch of Rye to the malt base. Not enough for it to impart spicy Rye character to the beer, but just enough for it to boost body and mouth feel. Our new crop year Citra is decidedly different than last years. Instead of a citric, grapefruit dominant flavor profile we taste much more mango, melon and candied citrus. Decidedly different, but no less delicious.
