Пиво Ontario Pils (2022) - Badlands Brewing Company

A pilsner made with all Ontario ingredients from some of our favorite grower/producer/processors in the province. Malt from Barn Owl Malt. Willamette hops from VQH farms. Water from our well. Lagered for many weeks, it is simple, yet densely layered and eminently drinkable. We taste notes of doughy biscuit malt, fruity and floral hop aromatics, Ontario, a gentle but firm bitterness, and a soft mouthfeel without sacrificing any crisp drinkability. This will unfortunately be the last time that this beer tastes like this. Sadly, VQH has decided to call it quits on growing hops.
